Hi again, sorry for being AWOL but at this point it’s going to inevitable with so many things going in my life. Having a dissertation, 2 difficult assignments and an exam in this short semester really helps things! Even though we are in February and this year has just started I just wanted to share my thought about what I am looking forward to:
- Being a student mentor: I’ve just got a blog for being a student mentor at my university and I am so happy about this as I can finally help other students and offer them advice on anything. Helping others always makes me feel good about myself.
- Finishing my dissertation: This has been such a headache for me and even though I am well on track to finish this, thinking about it still gives me a headache.

- Travelling to South Africa: This will be one of the highlights of my year as I will be travelling there with my family for my brother’s wedding. I am going to make the most of my time there by visiting all the cool places and safaris around Johannesburg.

- Finishing my exams and course: Ahh June just couldn’t come any sooner, this will be such a bittersweet month for me as I will be finishing my exams and then graduating the next month. I will definitely miss the university and all the great people I have met whilst it also relieves me of stress from these painful assignments!
- Travelling to Europe: This will be the highlight of the year as I will travelling to several countries in Europe with my partner but however we still haven’t decided yet but definitely nowhere near the generic Ibiza or Budapest or Santorini but somewhere more sophisticated like Sicily.

- Working Life: Now this is the scariest part! Even though I am already used to the working life since I was on placement, there is still an unsettling thought that I will be basically serving a 25 to life sentence in the world of working but that’s okay, all play no work makes Jack a dull boy! I will relish the challenge of working on a graduate role, give it all my best and live my best life.
